Service Description

Beginning with a flat slab of clay, you’ll design the silhouette of a wall vase, then shape and fold it to create a pocket for flowers or candles. No experience required- We’ll demonstrate how to attach the sides securely, add hanging holes, and smooth the form. You can finish with decorative carving, impressed patterns, or sculpted elements to make your piece uniquely yours. : ) Each student will choose a glaze at the end of class followed by pieces slowly drying and being fired. Firing times take 4 weeks.
